My friend and co-worker's personal cell phone number is being used on the website www.forygood.com - she is getting multiple phone calls and voicemails a day regarding eta of their shipments. She works with me at ******** ********* and has nothing to do with this company or any of it's employees. We have a feeling that these people are being scammed and who knows how much money people have spent for products they are never going to receive. Especially if they do not have a valid number for contact.

My cell phone number was put on this website as a contact number. I have no idea what this is but for the past 3 days I have recevied over 15 calls a day from people looking for the stuff that they ordered.

I attempted to order Christmas gifts online and the company never sent me a confirmation after payment was made and the items(s) ordered were never delivered to me. When I called the number on the website a woman answered who is not associated with the company, so it seems her information has also been compromised. After that occurred, I googled the address on the site and an old, abandoned house popped up.

Placed order. 3 days later went to check in on status, it said awaiting shipment. One week later went to check status still the same thing, awaiting shipment. Sent an email regarding concern, considering ship out date was 3-5 days. Email response was package was shipped, I then asked for a tracking number. They emailed be back and said it was now in custom inspections which will take up to 5-7 days, when I voiced my concern about the false response on tracking they emailed me back stating it was still in inspections. I have only received template emails, no-one actually reached out with concern. They do not response to me emails regarding tracking numbers, refunds, cancelations.
