Free Trial Conversion Scam Reports & Reviews (1)

- Montgomery, TX, USA

I started a free 7 trial from Fubo TV on 10/08/2022. They required a credit card to charge $1.00 to verify. On 10/14/2022, I canceled my subscription through their TV ap but received no confirmation number. There was no phone number at that time to contact them and verify my cancellation. On 10/15/22, $256.49 was charged on my credit card and another $256.49 on 1/15/23. After noticing these charges I finally found a phone number to call. I spoke to rep who refused to to refund those payments so I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was placed on indefinite hold. The was still on the line and said I can leave a message and someone would return my call, which they never did. A few days later I called again and the same scenario happened, I left a message and no supervisor ever called back. I did receive emails stating there was nothing they can do. They charged me two excessive payments for a service I never used. This sort of business practice is criminal and a scam. I deserve a refund for services not rendered. They can can see that I never used Fubo on my TV since the day canceled. Other buyers beware.
