Ordered a shaver from their website. Only intended to buy the shaver to give it a try. Next month, subscription for replacement blade - which I canceled. However, month 2, got another charge for replacement blade. Cancelled again. Cancelling the subscription requires clicking through several pages and warnings about warranty for product will be voided if you continue. You have to cancel it like 3x to confirm.

I made a one time purchase of a headshaver for my husband for Christmas on 12/9/23. I used Paypal.

Freebird was running a sale that I saw via an Instagram ad. I paid for a shaving kit and received it 12/15/23. On 1/19/24 at 2:27am, I received a purchase confirmation email from Freebird. I never reordered anything from Freebird after the 12/9/23 purchase and never authorized them to take another payment after 12/9/23 or for my account to be put on auto-pay for any reason. I contacted my bank and although I have an email from Paypal saying $26.44 was used from my checking account to purchase a replacement shaver from Freebird, it was suggested that after I see the pending/posted $26.44 on my account, than I can contact my bank's fraud/scam department.
