Never purchased anything from them, bank over drawn of 88.97

I have a charge on my account for almost $90. I DID NOT make this purchase.

Link took me to a website with Bob Dylan's photo advertising a CBD oil
for pain. Only had to pay $5.95 for shipping charges. Then I began noticing charges of $88.97 and $89.95 on my credit card. When I phoned company,
they said I had purchased a monthly subscription. This was not true;
there was no indication on their website that I was purchasing subscription. Chase refuses to refund my money or contact the company.

Definitely a scam. I've spent hours to no avail trying to get them and my credit card company to refund a subscription that I never purchased. Beware the 'try a sample for shipping charges' scam. Does Bob Dylan know they're using his name & photo for their marketing? Their CBD was some kind of white powder in a capsule.

I am still getting charged for Fresh Start Line Detox. I cannot find a website to call or email to get a refund or get me off of their list. Please get me a accurate email or phone number. My name is Geneva Baker and my email is [email protected].

I ordered the free trial from this company for the shipping of $4.95 and found my credit card charged for $89.95. After receiving no satisfaction from customer service I spoke to a supervisor and was told he would refund back $60.00. I told him this was not acceptable and insisted on the full refund except for the shipping fee. After much argument he agreed to refund the $89.95 to my card and I was given a conformation number. I informed him I would work with the credit card company if this was not done and the result would be difficult for him.

Offerd free bottle for ahipping only now charging extra when told i didnt want it

They offered a free trial bottle for only shipping charges. But now I am being charged $89.00 for something I did not order. When I accepted the "free" trial offer there was nothing on the screen regarding having to pay any additional costs. They used my credit card that I used to pay for shipping to charge me with products I did not want nor ordered. Now bank sends me a Fraud Alert for this amount. I indicated to my bank that the charge was not authorized and so now they are cancelling my card and sending me a new card. These people should be reported as practicing unfair tactics and fraudulently using card information.

I only signed up for the free sample. Then have been charged 88.97 on my credit card. Didn’t want the product just the sample. Plus I haven’t received any product. I want my money back.

Same crap as described above--a total scam and the fees just keep adding up. I did not sign up for any products--just the initial one and they keep sending more and charging my debit card. They also charged my credit card for $6.83 and $6.87 for shipping and handling plus $89.83 for an eye serum product which I did not order and did not receive. I contacted my credit card for fraudulent charges and was denied because they said I did not cancel in time. I NEVER ordered the product. I'm calling the Better Business Bureau! And I will tell everyone I know on FB about Oprah's product being a total scam!

Beware, Nothing is FREE. I didn't sign up for a FREE trial but my Discovery credit card was charged $88.97. When questioning the charge by Fresh Start Line Detox I received a reply that for $10 - $100 for an expert to reply to my question, depending on the time the expert would take to investigate my credit card company to have them proceed on my behalf. If that doesn't resolve my issue I feel compelled to contact the authorities regarding this scam.

I DID NOT order a Free Trial of anything from this company but was charged $88.97 on my credit card. After contacting the company via live chat with my questions re charge and what the charge was for, I received a reply that for a charge of $10 to $100 a fraud expert would reply to my request. I feel this is a 2nd scam attempting to take advantage of me. I have gone through this by another company and have learned the hard way not to sign up for any FREE offers. Consumer beware. My next call will be to my credit card company who will proceed on my behalf. I'm tired of being scammed.

I orrdered a detox bottle by just pahing shipping and tgey charged me 88.00 i want my mom oney back!

As my sons have told me "NOTHING IS FREE".

- Stevens Point, WI, USA

I received a targeted ad on facebook for a free trial of their dietary supplement for paying just shipping and handling so I ordered one for the $5.95 shipping and handling fee and someone received an additional product with an additional shipping and handling fee. I didn't think twice about it as it was a free trial. This was in late March. On April 3, I received two charges: $88.97 for Freshstartlinedetox and $89.95 for TripleMaxxxKeto. When I called to find out what the charges were for I was told the "free trial" was for 14 days only. The S&H did not even cover the first month supply of each! Travis, their customer service representative, was extremly defendant and abusive from the moment he picked up the line. He literally was yelling at me and said I needed to read the fine print. He offered a $40 credit, not a refund as they do not offer refunds, then went to $50 credit. When I stated I had a free trial and never signed up for more, he stated I did in the fine print and should not have checked the box. I tried politely asking for a credit equal to the product charge I never received and was denied. After continuing to berate me he eventually hung up on me. Luckily, I snuck in a request to cancel and future "product deliveries and he did confirm the cancellation. Stay far far away from this company as they will charge you $190 for 60 pills that are labelled free with shipping and handling. I simply want my money back for the additional product I never received.
