This company has fraudulently charged dozens of people $98.54 in such a way that MY business name (Luxe Essential Skin Care) appears as the charge on their account. A few people were able to get the "Customer Service" phone number associated with the charge (from their financial institution), and that phone number (855) 346-4338 belongs to Fun Time Home Goods. I did a google search of that name and found several more complaints of fraudulent charges. Apparently, they are offering my products (which they have ZERO access to) and other various items as a "special discount" item at the end of an online survey. I called this company once to address this issue and I was told I would receive an email from a supervisor within 24 hours, of course I never heard back from them. Their website is funtimehomegoods.com and their physical address is listed as: 3070 Windward Plz STE F # 211 in Alpharetta, GA 30005-8782. This is all the information I have. Although I am not losing any money over this, one of the callers mentioned she found my contact info on a blog where other people were complaining about being scammed by MY company (since that's what showed up on their bank statement) and this could cause a bad reputation for my business, for no reason. I am hoping whoever is responsible for this will be held accountable. Thank you.
