This company is a scam!
They provide false advertisements.
I purchased a phone case that they said is anti shatter/explosion the commercial for it shows the phone being put through different scenarios and the phone case doesn't break, that is a big lie.
After waiting a bit over a month I finally got the phone case, after only two days after getting it my phone was accidentally dropped on the floor from a counter top and the case cracked all across the screen.
I immediately contact support, they answered back two days later and the communication went on for almost two weeks, when they sent a message I replied almost immediately but it would take a few days to hear back from them. At the end (almost a month after the first email I sent) they said that they couldn't replace it or issue a refund since the damage was my doing and also because it had been almost a month since I had the case (eventho it was that long since they took days to answer me back).
Their website claims that if you are not happy with the product they will make it right (another lie) I guess I should had not believe that since their product was not anti shatter or explosion as they claim in the false advertisement video they have.

I ordered 2 phone cases back in September 2020. It shows they were delivered to a nearby post office on October 19th. Yet as of this post I have not received them. I have emailed this company well over 15 times only to get the same response that they have been shipped and are at the post office. They refuse to acknowledge when I ask them for a refund. They need to be shut down because obviously they are thieves!

Contacted fun favour by email to their customer service. Explain that the order number that they give us was not found by their website and ask to cancel our order period of course they explained that the order was being shipped. That I ask when it gets your and I shipped back what's your refund policy period of course they write back and say the 3rd shipping it out now and that if it's the product way ask for that we cannot return it for exchange or refund. So as I look in another email from them and look up the number again when time the number cannot be found next thing is an email from then saying that They just printed the label for the product today and there waiting for UPS to pick it up. But the other email From yesterday tells the product is being shipped.
Just like everyone else above this seems very shaky. I replied again with just that comment that this seems pretty shaky that they can't find the product but then it shipped but then they just print the label today. I am sure this will be just like all the others and it is one big rip off in scam. So all I can do is advertise in any way that I can wear to mouth on Facebook to any kind of social media for this company to shut down and quit ripping people off. I sure wish that social media with check out their advertising and products is much is a worry about what people say about their favourite politician.
Seem sad to share all this is I don't figure anything will happen in the constant rip off in the education that is being promoted by all of this in our world today is sinking us all lower and lower.

Bought 2 phone cases Oct. 3rd. It is now Nov. 23rd. I attempted to call 4 times. 2 times the vmail was full. The other 2 times i left a vmail and never heard back. I have emailed them 3 times a week and i all I get is please be patient your cases are on the way. I asked for a refund i was emailed back steering they have shipped and i can not deceitful refund on until they arrive and are sent back. The last update on tracking was on the Oct. 19th. This is a scam!

This website is a SCAM! $30 down the drain! I ordered a phone case. Two months later I never got it. I tracked it and they shipped it somewhere else. When I asked for compensation, the support said no and to be patient!

8/20/20 Ordered 2 flashlights,waited for awhile.took a week to respond. got a tracking number to follow. USPS confirms that it was delivered. But the kicker part of all this is that it was shipped to eureka in another state. Not my billing or shipping address. So tried to reach out to company,and several emails I sent were lost and sent back to me. Finally they contacted me, said not to worry and it will be shipped soon. and due to the covid-19 virus, that it may take longer
