1) We can refund you $8 and give you a 15% off discount codeon your future orders if you keep the item.

2) If you really do not want to keep the item, we will respect your decision. But you will need to pay for the shipping fee to send it back.

I ordered a "Gagigirl Christmas Day White Sweater" on 11/24/19. After not hearing about any shipping info i contacted support on 12/2/19 to ask. They responded "Dear customer, We are sorry for the inconvenience caused for you! Gagigirl Christmas Day White Sweater (2 Colors) is out of stock now, and it will take about 2-4 days to replenish. Are you willing to wait for a more time? We can send the prepared items for you first. Please let us know your opinion asap."

I responded "If it was out of stock why did y'all allow me to purchase it? And why was i not notified of this after i purchased it?"

I received no response from them. They closed my ticket as if it was done and asked me to take a survey for them.

I emailed back requesting a refund and have yet to hear from them. Hoping this will deter someone else from going there!

Gagigirl has ripped off so many people. If you go on their facebook page, you will see several customer complaints of customers not receiving their items and their money stolen from their accounts. Including me! I made a purchase over 10 days ago and never received a confirmation, which was weird from the start. Then I emailed them to question them about it and they sent me a fake shipping label and was never shipped and not to be found anywhere. My payment cleared my account the very next day but never received my products in 3 weeks! It was a $125 purchase may not seem like a lot of money to some but is to my family and I. This place needs to be shut down. They have literally taken so much money from alot of people. How do they get away with this??
