They advertise as a 4 star hotel. 2 different jacuzzi suite rooms (transferred after arriving). Tvs broken, warped floors, missing safety equipment, lights not working, a hole in the ceiling. A manager was not available to discuss a partial refund. I was not told the manager was not available (even though requested) until after they knew I wanted money back. Was also told they could not refund any of my money bc I did not book directly with them. Not a 4 star hotel! Maybe a 2 star at best. It used to be 4 star. Please make them advertise based on the current status of the hotel.
