Called stating i had a legal matter with them. When I called them back, the lady proceeded to tell me I had an outstanding loan from 2005 that needed to be taken care of. When I informed her that I believe this is a case of identity theft and I wanted them to send me something in writing, she got very upset. She said the only way they could send me something in writing is from an attorney and that I better get a good lawyer because I was going to be served then hung up on me. I called back only to be given to a supervisor. I explained again I want to see something in writing so I can dispute the claim, she again told me they would be serving me. I asked how they can serve me when they don't know my address, her response "your social security number speaks volumes". When I asked if they were an accredited company she hung up on me.
