Received email saying renewing existing account for $287.17 to be taken from our account, today. We have NO account with this company and have Never dealt with them.

I called the number given and was talking with a Kevin ****** when he hung up on me when I told him we do not have an account. Called back and it says the number cannot take calls at this time. Called locally and they cannot help me and told me to call the number I had called. That number still will not put me through. Tried to contact email it says it came from and it will not deliver and informs us that email address cannot be found.

So we are coming to you. I am notifying my bank this has not been authorized.

Email said I was up for a renewal for Geek Squad account which I don't have a d my account would be charged $239.00. Call number if this was incorrect. 888-616-5191.

I keep receiving these emails stating I owe them $312.66. It's a scam so I never returned their call nor emails. I have never used Geek Squad nor their Support.

" invoice" #kyYSJfRUQT dated 8/29.22 arrived in my inbox that day but I did not see it until September 5th and had 24 hours to respond from the date of transaction. I did not order this item I've never heard of this product never heard of geek Tech but your ScamPulse.com told me it was really a name under the Best Buy and the website shows that when I searched it but no website is shown on this email. Said I had been a customer since 2017 that is a lie and when I call the number and I got this guy and the number is out of Arkansas long story short tried to Badger me intopaying him helping him get $497 . Explain to him I never heard of such a thing never ordered anything and I don't and then he went into the dog and pony show how to get refund and cancel the order. I reiterated I never paid anything. Over and over and then the badgering really started when he went to a form that came up that I had to complete some information had asked for my bank name but never asked for a bank account. So I checked or did a search in my bank name came and then almost immediately I saw him taking control of the cursor on the page & going back and forth between my bank screens and some other screen with a bunch of squares and a black background and then I knew something is really bad going down. And then I saw him getting into my account then manipulating the two accounts I have with bank and showed how he could make all that I had in those two accounts disappear and at that point I called my bank immediately fortunately I have another phone and got a hold ofthe MGR thankfully and she immediately shut my bank account down and I was telling him all this on the phone what was going on but it was Pure Evil coming out of that voice the way he was badgering me. That I should be helping him. I asked him his name so he gave him a name which I'm sure is fake and an address which I'm sure is fake out of Delaware but the city was wrong. I was feeling more angry by the moment as I was explaining what was going on to the bank manager I'm telling him the account was shutting down and it was shut down and he could no longer manipulate it. He quickly hung up. This is a no reply email used which is why I called the number shown on the email immediately when I saw this notice. Best Buy needs to be notified of the scamming going on I'm sure there have been hundreds of people if not more I've never had an account with Best Buy like this I've never purchased anything with them in years and this was a 5-year renewal purchase according to the notice transaction. And the name this fellow used is a l a n or a l l e n Barker 429 Fox Street he said Delaware City 24789 I have only the email document, but the phone call I made trying to track this down and get it sorted was very unnerving!
