Global Communications Reports & Reviews (2)

- Gretna, LA, USA

This is the second time that they phoned. The first phone number was 214-263-0246 which is for Waxahachie, Texas. The second phone call over an hour later was from phone number 214-238-3233 which is for Richardson, Texas. I recognized the woman's voice and hung up. The ruse had to do with my computer address being accessed in Ohio. She wanted me to turn on my computer and do some entries to protect it from being hacked.

I was contacted by phone at 8 a.m. The woman on the line said she was from Global Communications and that someone tried to use my email account in Ohio. She did know one of my email addresses, the one with Cox. She wanted me to go to my computer to do something to prevent this hacker from intruding into my accounts. I hung up on her and did *69. This is how I got her phone number. Then I did a search on that phone number and found out that it was in Waxahachie, Texas. I found out this number belonged to a person with four family relatives, and 5 addresses. I did not pay the service to find out her name. I figured you could do that. She is an AT&T customer. I did check all of my banking accounts, and they were fine.
