Person being scammed was contacted by phone multiple times saying they owed money from an old credit card and that they needed a debit card or prepaid card to make the payment, if not the cops would be at their house within the next 24 hours to take them to jail. Also mentioned her social security check would be garnished. Wanted them to go out and get a card and call back with the information to take the payment.
