H M Relocation Services Reports & Reviews (21)

Please do not hire H&M Relocation Services, and beware of brokers who hire them! It was 69 days since my belongings were picked up, and I still don't have all of my items, nor any word when they will be delivered. Throughout this experience, I have been overcharged, lied to, bullied, and threatened, and nothing has been resolved. I truly prayed for a positive experience, because I did read the reviews, both positive and negative, and I was moving by myself. All of my items were boxed up by me and organized into my garage and one bedroom, and I was still charged for packing and over sized items. All of the costs I signed for on the initial contract were changed when H & M (the actual movers) showed up, as well as what was due upon pickup, and they proceeded to drop my items, threaten and bully me, and ended up overcharging me by over $5,000.00. I have been in constant contact trying to get all of my items, or reimbursement for the many damaged items. Initially, I felt most of the issue was with H & M, but I now see that both companies just want your money and couldn't care less about your personal items, being honest or being helpful. I am physically, emotionally, and financially exhausted and drained, and as I am writing this, have no idea when the rest of my belongings will arrive, or how much more I will be bullied into paying upon delivery. I have been patient and understanding, and I continue to get no resolution whatsoever. I feel completely violated.

They stole stuff destroyed my furniture tried to charge me double the contact. I was supposed to have a 26 ft truck I got 14 foot so half my stuff was left behind. Refused to put things back together. Deluvery took werks longer than the contract allowed.. Worst moving experience ever. David the job manager is just trash. Lies refuses to do his job. There is a special place in hell for him. Oh one of the workers used my bathroom which I then found with poop smeared all over the toilet what kind of person does that.

Huseyn Nemat "David" Zoda does not keep his word, he lies continually. When a customer demands their property, he instantly becomes abusive, using coarse language and making threats. He w[censored]ding my property so a friend went to pick it up. About 1/4 is missing. When I told him about it, he went ballistic. The company is incompetent, "loses" your property, and then you have to put up abuse.

These guys showed up with a tiny little panel truck, they charged double what was quoted and took off with my belongings on December 2, 2021. Since then, there has been zero communication and my belongings are missing. They have no working numbers and there is no way to get in touch with them. Do not use H M Relocations service or Allstate Movers. They seem to think they are not answerable for your property.

I filed a complaint with the BBB to try and I am only trying to get the 80 boxes of missing property he is refusing to hand over. H&M Relocations owner "David" (aliases: Huseyn, Dawood, Adam, Farangiz) Nemat-zoda blew up my phone making threats. Keep a wide berth from this loon. He is not a real businessman but unfortunately a crook.

DO NOT USE H&M Relocation Services. Changed contract price and terms at pickup. 6 hours late on moving day, 5 hours late the following day to pick up remaining items. Items carelessly packed and loaded. Picked up June 10 and 11, specified 15-21 days for delivery. Refused to fill out contract properly or provide a copy. Luckily I took a picture of the contract and save the text from the owner. September 17th and I still do not have my belongings. Receive nothing but lies from H&M when I do get a response. Been in contact with the police and have to retrieve my items from seized storage unit when this company was served a warrant. They have multiple stories about them failing to deliver. Owner is David Zoda aka Huseyn Nemat-Zoda

BEWARE! H&M will steal, damage, or hold your stuff hostage for months. They are not responsive and every number anywhere is not a working number. New Leaf Relocation Services sub contracted with this company without our knowledge! We have been trying for a solid month to find out where our stuff is! There is no true business location- addresses online are fake or are a private residence. DO Research! This company is a SCAM!

They lied to me from day one about the process. They were late with pick up and delivery. Every item was dirty from the oily truck, and most items were broken or gouged or scratched. My bikini bathing suit bottoms were found on the truck floor after I had packed them in a bureau drawers. I submitted a damage claim in May, 2020 and I’m still waiting for resolution! Few laborers spoke English. Owner is David Zola.

It was a terrible misunderstanding, what had really happened was that David thought those were edible and DOT won't let a moving company transport perishable food items. Once David performed a few necessary "scratch and sniff" tests, thru years of training and experience as a Russia's number one expert panty sniffer and fluffier as well as skid mark expert, he was able to determine that those weren't edible, he Quickly realized that although not edible he could still use them as primary defense against newly identified COVID. For this only he should be recognized and awarded a Hero's Award. H&M Relocation is currently offering free panty sniffing tests, by the owner himself. That's (Front AND Back)

Those guys are super professional, fast, efficient, and very friendly. I didn’t use their packing services because my wife wanted to pack and git rid of some stuff but they were extremely careful with moving my stuff and took only 9 hours to complete the job for a three-bedroom house. They carefully wrapped everything that looked delicate and did not come close to breaking or even scratching anything. This was the best moving experience I've ever had, and I highly recommend using their services. Thank you H & M Relocation

We got a quote from Keystone Moving Group is dot number 3016819 to move us across country. One day before our move we confirmed with them the items we would need moved and we’re sent an itemized Binding moving estimate. H and M Relocation then showed up 3354310, put all our items on their truck, then we talked to the owner of that company who said we would have to pay twice as much and we could either pay that or he would have his guys unload everything and we would have to pay to do that or we could go unload it ourselves. He stated the square footage was way more. We negotiated with him as the movers took all day and we felt strong armed. It was 1200 more than originally agreed upon. I then contacted Keystone after we signed a new contract and complained. I talked to Carly King who reassured me that the original contract was binding and we would not have to pay more. The movers then texted us after missing our original drop date and stated we owed the 1200. This was a few days before they were to drop our items a week late. I contacted Keystone again and was put on the phone with a Michael who called me a weasel and stated we had to pay the 1200. I explained that is not what his employee told us and he didn’t care. I also made Keystone aware that our paperwork with H and M relocation had the same address, logo and manger name as a company that was previously shut down and investigated by police, that company is Am movers Us dot 3069190. Michael said I was being dramatic and had worked with this company for theee years. At drop off I reviewed the h and m paperwork and they had added several boxes to there inventory that we had never packed. I did an inventory with the mover who had dropped our items off and we had 41 delivered not counting TV boxes which were listed separately on the inventory but they wrote down 46 and then individually in blue ink wrote down several more. I believe that h and m relocation is run by the same people as am moving as they sound the same as a was able to find a need report on am movers and the gentleman sounded the same as the one that marked our move up. We had several boxes that were broken as well. I also believe that Keystone told us we wouldn’t have to pay so we wouldn’t do anything about the scam and changed the amount on us again right before drop when again it was too late. Both companies have similar names to reputable companies with 5 star ratings. Keystone even sent me a google search showing a different company and tried to assurt is was the one they hired. I would appreciate if you investigated this. Feel free to reach out as I do have some photos and other documentation including emails. Thank you.
