I'll start off by saying that their job postings are more than misleading. I was thrown off right at the beginning as well, however since I had the time I followed through to see what they are about. Yes, the communication was extremely unprofessional. I would receive phone calls, texts, emails all from different numbers anywhere well after 9pm. I wouldn't say they are a scam per se, but I definitely wouldn't tell a friend to apply! Basically, the 'job' comprises of "sales and marketing training," but you will end up just getting people to sign up to donate to different causes. I was drawn in by the phrases "event planning" "marketing" "non-profit". Let's just say you won't be doing any of that. The pay structure is a joke. 100% 'performance-based'. So if you're on your feet all day begging people to sign up and get nothing, then you get nothing. The growth structure is essentially a pyramid scheme. You go from the person in the store to the one organizing who goes to the store, to magically making six figures starting your own office. I first had a phone call to set up an interview, then a video chat with the CEO that lasted two minutes, then finally a longer meeting with someone to explain how it works, but wait then I also had to wait for another meeting (which was rescheduled 5 times!) to finally get information regarding the pay. They also wanted me to sign a form saying that I will not work with any competitors and that I will not say anything negative about them online during or after my employment! Do not recommend! TL;DR: Feel free to find out more from them, but you will be the guy showing up to the grocery store and other public places hounding strangers to donate to a random cause.

I received an email after applying for a marketing job at this company. Although the email seemed pretty usual, notice the grammar mistakes. I decided to look up this company on social media. They have no FB page, which is odd for an "advertising and marketing firm" to not have, their Instagram has some images that look like stock images, and their "CEO's" profile seemed unprofessional, just from their bio. Then, I googled this organization and the only things that popped up were job listings, the only place I could find their website was through their IG bio. I click on their website and the anchors on the homepage did not take me anywhere. As I scroll down, I notice there is no one named Ana on the "meet our team" slideshow on their website. There was also no Ana following them on Instagram, and they did not follow an Ana. I also noticed the phone number on their website was different from the one that "Ana" told me to call. I still called, just to give them the benefit of the doubt. When I called the number mentioned in the email, a man who did not speak English well answered and the background noise was pretty loud. I tried to schedule an interview and he said they would need to see me all day to fill out paperwork, interview 2-3 times, and they would/ would not offer me a job by 3 p.m. the same day. I also realized the phone numbers were Miami numbers, their location on maps apps shows up next to a vape store (also odd location for an "advertising and marketing firm"). I told some of my friends about this and one said he was contacted by the same numbers I was, but they were calling themselves by another name. Overall, I just think this is super sketchy and not a real organization.
