I am reaching out on behalf of my company, The Cookware Co. Which owns and operates GreenPan.us. Customers have been calling in stating they have been placing orders on this imposter website trendycharm.shop and not receiving what they ordered. the website has product information, our products listed, along with products from other brands listed for sale, utilizing the GreenPan Brand. The Coookware Co. is not associated with trendycharm.shop whatsoever. We have reached out to all technical parties involved including, Sav.com, Cloudflare.com, DuckDuckGo, and Bing, and have tried to purchase the domain through GoDaddy but have had no luck. Customers are purchasing cookware sets from the the site, which is using our branding and photography illegally. We would very much so appreciate your investigation on this as it is causing a poor experience for our customer. Thank you.
