RECEIVED CALL AROUND 11:00 AM. PERSON REPRESENTING CENTERPOINT. THEY SAID OUR GAS BILL WAS PAST DUE AND NEEDED PAYMENT IMMEDIATELY FOR $300.00 OR IT WILL BE DISCONNECTED. ACCT. PERSON ARGUE WITH WHAT WE SAW IN OUR ACCT. SOFTWARE THE CHECK WERE CLEAR BY OUR BANK. THEY RESPONDED BACK WITH IT WAS PUT INTO ANOTHER ACCT. AND IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER 24 HOURS BEFORE IT GOT VERIFY. THEY NEED PAYMENT FROM CVS PHARMACY USING A MONEY PAK VOUCHER (GREEN). CALL THEM BACK WITH THE INFO TO PAID THEM. WE DID NOT ONCE WE CONTACTED CENTERPOINT DIRECTLY AND CONFIRM OUR ACCT WAS UP TO DATE. PERSON WE TALKED TO MR. MICHAEL FISCHER EXT. 2007 AT 800-484-7591.
