Gabriela Fernandez from involve approached elderly parent regarding solar panels to include a free roof replacement She created an email account on behalf of my mother and then logged in to have her sign the contract the was written in English and verbally translated it in Spanish What she told her was $164 per month for 20 years for a total of $40,000 however the contract read higher monthly payments for 25 years for a total of $65000 She had her contractor come and remove the roof prior to bringing a copy of the contract and then refused to return phone calls or requests to meet in person Roofer stated she has done this before including to him
