I found the vendor online through social media. (TikTok) The dress presented on the vendors website looked amazing therefore, I wanted it as my birthday dress in late September . I received the shipment 3 weeks later to be surprised by a dress that was much larger than a size medium and a totally different dress. I contacted customer service to return the dress and get a full refund but they gave me two options of receiving a 40% discount or keep the dress and receive a 10% refund. The first time I questioned it making it aware I wanted my full refund for a dress I didn't even order, they ignored me and did not email me back. I reached out again asking for a full refund and they mentioned the two other options again.
