This place offered a ticket Florida to Newark NJ for $189 abril 2020 the called me for cancellation with this trip also asking for more money better deal my mom she can go back home to New Jersey from Florida safe $147 more total $326 for one way ticket ! More than one year I’m calling they lie and lie check is in process more than one year nothing happens they are scammers ?

People who answer the phone are rude will not answer any questions and argue with you. Scammed me for 1373-78 dollars will not return my calls, Have email stating I have this credit but cannot get it Have read many people have been scammed by them how can they get away how can we stop this.Disgusting Company.

Booked and paid 1373.78 dollars for flight to england last year for 2 they cancelled our flight after many calls and emails got email to say we had credit until december 21 of above amount. phoned several times to re-book our flight when eventually spokewith someone told we could only have 500 dollars and they would call us when they could book it then put down the phone, unable to contact them anymore messages left will not return my call.

They charged us 1300 dollars for a nonexistent flight from geg. Then lied when called. Never recieved refund this company is a fraud. Sold tickets for a redeye flight , we were told no redeye EVER fly from this small airport

Total scam. Ripped me off over 400 dollars because of Covid price gouging and will not refund my money.

I see a massive deluge of complaints - but is there anyone able to do anything about it? So the "business" continue to prosper.
Forcthose who need to leave early -it is our ironvlad conclusion that the InSkyTravels is a fraud through and through. The same modus operandi case after case.
In our case, we bought 2 tickets BKK - VIE in June 2020. Deal done, 4 days later our card was billed again. The bank assumed it was just another legit transaction so this time no prior notification of the incoming charges.
Since then, endless hours spent chasing the refund. InSky Travels acknowlege the "mistake", promises the refund but when asked where is the money, they come with same silly excuse - the refund being rejected by the bank. The bank says no attempts are being made. The bank know it is a fraud but claim they cannot do anything about it. Peachy indeed!
We suspect the company is not even physically located in the US. All agents we talked to speak English with Hindi accent, often we hear crows in the background we remember from Punjab. When you make a repeated call, you get the same voice. When you ask the name, it always is a typical English name like Tim, Andrew, John.
Buyer beware. It is a fraud.

Terrible so called company!
Since July 10, 2020 I've been waiting for my $220.20 refund. I've called, im told by one representative that my bank rejected the refund, told by another representative that my check is in the mail, and yet another representative that they would be mailing my check out. Every single time I call, I never get the same answer. I have sent several emails, several answer back with a copy and paste answer. Very frustrated. I filed a consumer complaint and a complaint with the BBB. I'm hoping someone is able to get me my money back. This is my money that I have worked hard for and for some stupid [censored] company to just keep it for a service never used, I dont freaken think so. I wonder if anyone has ever gotten their refunds? I ask myself how in the world is this company still operating? How? Just doesn't make sense to me. Like what kind of people are running this so called business!?

What I did personally was call my bank and explain the situation to them and they put it under fraud and they will be looking at the case to see that I get my money back because I’ve been waiting on a refund since July 18th and I got tired of the roundabout and just called my bank and explained the situation and they are currently working on it.

I paid 1675.11 for 3 passengers, I got a call that they cancelled my online booking and had to book again. I paid an extra 207.37. Now the flights have been cancelled due to covid and I only got a credit for 207.37. Been calling for 2 weeks now and they give me excuse after excuse and that someone will call me back...please help that is alot of money and I paid more in Canadian Funds 2,545.00 for tickets and 360.00 canadian for the rebooking...HELP

Terrible customer service I have been waiting for my refund since the start of May. Every time I email I get an auto reply and not one person came back with a real answer. Not a good company.

Insky Travels is a scam. I still wonder why they are allowed to continue to deceive people. I booked flight from Winnipeg to Calgary for Aug 3. About a month before my flight date I reached out (calls and email) to reschedule my flight because my meeting at Calgary has been rescheduled. Over a month now I am yet to get help. I have called like 20 times, about half of my calls were ended without resolution, the remaining half including email keep saying they have escalated and I will get a call back which I am yet to get. I need a lawyer who could help me make this a case, I am willing to go all length not just to recoup my money but to teach them a lesson.

I bought 2 round trip tickets for 390.00 a month in advance. A week later they said had to change my flight time and wanted me to pay over $100. I refused, told them that they change flight plan not me. I was going to surprise my son, on his birthday with a visit. The day before I couldn't confirm flight with airline. I called and after 6 han ups and after threatening to get lawyer they told me my flight was never booked. I went off, demanded my money back, told me it'll be up to 28days. This company is nothing but a scam. I live on a budget but really wanted to surprise my son who suffers from depression.

I purchased ticket in may should be leaving tonight to Europe. I didn’t get any check in online info today so I called them. We tried to called multiple times to confirm our flight. They put us on hold and the call was interrupted. Finally after making about 5 phone calls we found out that The flight was cancelled in June, but no one notified me. Now we are stuck in New York hotel! No refund was offered, no one even apologized, neither rebooked another flight. I’m so disappointed ☹️ I want my refund back. The most unprofessional service I have ever ordered tickets through !

I bought 2 tickets on 6/4/2020. They were for 7/3/2020 - the cost was 196.90 and 469.82. Due to the virus it was not safe to fly my grandson in and out of Miami and Costa Rica. I have been calling since 6/29. They are impossible to reach. I have called them almost ever day. They say they will get back in 2 days ( usually 1). They never get back to you.! Where you can leave info for a call back is full and then they drop you again.

stay on over an hour to just get dropped. I have left messages where they say they will get back to you in 2 days - they never get back to you. There is an option to wait for a call back if you leave your info. When you take that option they say sorry que is full and drop you,

The flight information was PNR No AOIQYK, booking Ref No 561105 and the second flight was Ref No 561120.

Two of my flights with Hawaiian Air were canceled due to cutbacks, so I called Flight search which turned into inSky. I called because it was advertised on the same page as other low cost reservation sites. Their service fee was 50% of the cost of each ticket. Never again.

Me and my cousin booked a flight and decided we weren’t going anymore and never received a confirmation confirming our tickets. When calling to get our refund we were told our plane had been canceled when really they never used our money to buy the tickets. I ended spending more money on another ticket because they said it would be easier to do that and when canceling that one as well to get another ticket with a different department we were told to wait 7-28 business and it’s been a month and we still haven’t gotten our money back. The wait time on the calls are always 45 minutes at least. And I’m about to get really disrespectful because they playin with my money and I don’t appreciate that at all. Look at the date in the pictures I added to see that we were supposed to get our money back by now.

Total money lost is $830

Worst ever, booked initially...not too hard, price date times ok. But then didn’t get meals and then I needed to change the return date, near impossible. I can easily say I was put on hold for 10+ hrs or more in total. Getting through pretty impossible. Just today I was able to reach someone to ask for seat assignment. But nooooo, the agent that originally booked my ticket has to do it. I was “promised” 15 min call back from the ONLY agent that could do it for me. Well no call back yet. Same thing the other day, was promised a call back the next morning. Didn’t happen either.
The only time this agent called me was when I had put a dispute on this ticket with my credit card company. I was pretty sure it was a scam, as I couldn’t reach anyone after I booked my ticket. Eventually I was about to verify my ticket was real with Swiss Air (answer phones right away) and Air Canada (1 hr hold time). But they can’t touch or change you ticket, as it belongs to Insky travels, so you’re stuck!
Now this agent has promised he can change my return flight (for a minimum amount) once I’m at my destination. Otherwise an extra $900. He said I can email. But so far he’s not once responded to email. Will he respond this time? Otherwise my trip will be ruined.
I WILL NEVER EVER BOOK USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN, EVER!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, not worth any savings with all these aggravations.

Tried to cancel my trip due to coronavirus concerns, got placed on long holds, calls took over an hour average to connect to an agent, and got hung up on all three times. They tell you to wait, put you on hold, then hang up on you. They say that the agent who booked the ticket for me has to cancel it. I emailed them days ago. Initially, I got a wait 24 hrs response. Then 24 hrs later, I get a wait 48 hrs response, as if the coronavirus is an excuse for their unprofessionalism and what looks to be unethical conduct. 48 hrs later, I am told to wait another day because the agent who booked my ticket isn't working right now. I think I should dispute this with my cc company because Inskytravels appears to be a damn scam.

Purchase a ticket from them, the day before I was to travel, I tried to check in with the airline and they said my ticket was never purchased that it was only held but not paid for. They said I would get a full refund, Everytime I call I get a different dates about my refund.
