I ordered product from a link on facebook. It took forever to receive the product. The tracking never showed where it was coming from. I attempted to cancel and got a response it had shipped, 3 days later I got tracking. Only half the order came and was of poor quality. I asked to cancel the second half of the order and told them I needed to return it. I was sent a detailed email about how to submit for a return and a response later that I would get instructions in a few days. All communication ceased. The URL and email now no longer work.
