A phone call came in from IPC, showing up as a scam call but I answered it anyway. They ended up transferring my Affordable Connectivity Program benefit from my existing provider, Xfinity, to themselves without revealing this was what they were doing. My understanding was that they were renewing my ACP benefit. I am now unable to switch my ACP enrollment back to Xfinity. As I am disenrolled from Xfinity's ACP program, I am also unable to participate in Xfinity Internet Essentials plans for low income individuals. This transaction has caused financial harm to me. IPC shows no transparency with their transactions and they victimize innocent people for their own gain.

They have been calling 3-4 times at fay for the last month
And each time they leave this message

“Yes this is Julie today is Tuesday, November 29 I still need to speak with you regarding your employee retention credit so I believe your business could be entitled for up to $26,000 per employee but I do just need to confirm the eligibility so could you please return my call at your earliest convenience as a reminder this program is limited and set to expire if you can reach me at 855-244-1651 thank you so much and talk to you soon…”

Integrated path communications LLC may be legit. I have studied the lifeline benefit and the affordable connectivity program benefit. And these are assistance programs which help people get mobile or data plan assistance from companies who accept these benefits. And the lifeline benefit pays $9.25 per month toward a mobile data plan or a Wi-Fi plan or even a house phone but it only pays $5.25 for a house phone and that's being faced out at the end of this year.
IPC LLC otherwise known as integrated path communications LLC may be legitimate from what I can tell. Because I have called a couple of few times and they are a company who offers a data plan and I believe they may offer a discounted tablet for ACP program.

THE FACT PEOPLE ARE GETTING A TRUE SCAM CALL FROM THIS COMPANY DOESN'T ADD UP BECAUSE IT SOUNDS TO ME LIKE SOMEONE IS USING THIS COMPANY'S NAME OR SOMETHING BECAUSE THIS COMPANY I DON'T THINK WOULD DO THAT IF THEY ARE ON THE REGISTER OF THE USAC.

USAC is the universal service administrative company. They handle the benefits to help people getting phone or lifeline assistance. And there was a scam company registered last year called KYTY.XYZ or KYTY communications. They called themselves Cleo communications. There was a legitimate company by the same name Clio communications in Rockford Illinois which was a tech company but not a telecom company. The person behind this scam for Cleo communications which was actually KYTY XYZ is Kyle traxler who out of Findlay Ohio has previously been charged with ripping off an employer of a bunch of cell phones and he's also been arrested for cracked possession. he was hustling people and not giving them their data plans or data. But I think it's less likely a company would be listed this year on the USAC registry but public wireless is looking kind of fishy I just don't think that this is the real IPC LLC that's calling you guys just from the studies I've done in my good instinct

This company calls everyday ranging from 3 to 8 calls a day from various area codes ranging from all over California/Texas/Iowa/Wisconsin/Oregon NewYork. The company calls my phone from the same number 3 times and then later on another area code and so on. Below are the voicemails they leave me because they are sent to voicemail by my scam shield do to the fact hackers can access all your information just by answering their phone calls so I used scam shield and have all scam calls or maybe likely scam calls are all sent straight to voicemail. These are two identical and repetitive voicemails from the same carrier named Integrated Path Comms. LLC

Got a call from 518-794-2471. It was a recorded message saying that "if you are using Microsoft Windows in your computer, then press 1 now to speak to our security team". I pressed 1 and a guy with an Indian accent called me on 07/19/18 to say there was a problem with my Microsoft Office and someone had hacked it. I told the guy my computer was off (I was at work), and that I could not open my computer at the moment. He insistently told me to turn on my computer and I said I did not have my computer with me. Then I said if that was a legitimate call, that I should receive an email from Microsoft right at that moment letting me know of the issue. He asked me what my email was and I hung up on him. After looking up his phone number on the web, many people has reported this scammer. I am just glad that the phone call did not go any further than this.
