Person calls land line with heavy Indian accent. Says I am guilty of tax fraud and I have a tax lien. Says I need to call back (or my attorney needs to call back) . If I do not, man leaving message says "I wish you luck". I know this is a scam and have not returned the call but am tired of getting these; have received 4-5 calls identical to this. I have contacted the FCC. The name that shows up on caller ID is Paetec Starne and the phone number that pops up is 850-546-6184.
