Through the Shop app, I paid for a cat tower that was never delivered and was unable to contact the seller. His site is shut down and the number doesn't work. Shop, the app, is also no help so I lost the money.

The online store advertised an item on sale for over half off, saying they had an limited amount of the item. I purchased one, then never received the item, never received anything saying the item shipped out. And I have tried several times to contact the company, but I have never received a response from them. Plus I know someone else who also brought an item and the same thing happened to them from this company.
