I was contacted by Aaron Gray claiming he works for Jackson Avery and Associates. He was calling me in reference to a company who has filed a civil complaint against me. The company’s name is EZ Corp EZMoney. They claimed i took a payday loan out in 2011 that they closed in 2019 for failure to pay. They are suing me for $2,340.61. I have never taking a pay day advance outz Aaron claimed if i did not settle today 04/10/2024 that they would file a civil suit against me in court and they would garnish my wages. I have never received anything in the mail but they have my address on file. Nothing is on my credit, but he claims it wouldn’t be. But this company has all on my person information.
