Janet Lisa Stamato Reports & Reviews (1)

I was on a legit financial site where one of the commenters mentioned they had been using the advisory services of janetlisastamato.com. I went to the website and filled out a form with my phone number. I simply asked that I was looking for a financial advisor and asked what they charged. I received a text from Janet a couple of days later who said she received my form. She immediately began telling me to invest in crypto tokens. I was very hesitant at first but thought I could try a small amount as a trial. Janet asked us to conduct future messaging via WhatsApp. Purchasing the crypto was very complicated and involved using a variety of apps such as Trust Wallet, Pancake Swap, but she walked me through it. I then had to buy BNB and convert it to something else which I could then use to buy the tokens. The dollar value of the token I bought was much less than the amount I put in. Janet said that was because the tokens were valued at just a fraction of a cent and there were so many zeros that the correct amount wouldn't display properly. She was upset that I only put in $200 and kept telling me I needed to buy more--"you need to bag more coin" as there was going to be a pump. I asked how she knew about the pump and she said she and her team were doing the pumping. A few hours later the token price started to go up so I put in another couple of hundred dollars. Janet kept asking me to put in more but I refused. I mentioned some misspellings on her website and she said a third party built that and they would fix it soon. A few days later I saw the token had gone up 40% and I wanted to cash out. The process was so confusing that I couldn't figure out how to sell. I told Janet I wanted to sell and she said she would have had me sell had I put more in. I told her that made no sense and really started to doubt her legitamacy by this point. I tried on my own and read that I needed to buy more BNB for the transaction fees. I put in the minimum of $50 and in my confusion bought more tokens with the BNB. Janet kept contacting me to buy more and got angry when I wouldn't. She said I was wasting her time and she had bigger clients. She even sent a screenshot of a Trust Wallet account with $5K in it. I told her there was no way I was putting any more in, that I would wait to see how this worked out. She apologized and said she understood. I kept researching on my own how to sell these tokens and bought more BNB for the fees(which is legit). I successfully transfered a small amount of the token to another app. This transfer indicated that the actual dollar amount showing in my Wallet for the tokens was legit. It was not like Janet said where the smaller amount was due to all the zeros. Also, the BNB that I bought disappeared from my account. I tracked all the BNB transactions and saw they were all being sent to the same address shortly after I bought them. At this point I knew it was all a scam. I contacted Janet the next morning and told her this. She said it was not a scam and she would help me understand. Of course it involved buying more BNB so she could show me but I totally refused. She said the money was actually still there; it was being used for "stacking" which she then went on to explain. I started researching more about Janet Stamato and found where she worked. I called her and told the story to Janet's secretary. The secretary said Janet's identity had been stolen and there was a fake website out there with pictures of a blonde woman(this is the site where I filled out the form). She said Janet Stamato was a legit advisor but this webiste and the person I was dealing with were fake and they were trying to get the site removed. I messaged fake "Janet" about this and she said she was the legit one and was trying to fix the siutation. At this point I told her I was done with her and disabled my WhatsApp account. In the end I probably lost about $750. Much of that was due to my confusion with BNB. To sell these tokens you need BNB in your account to cover the transaction fees and the minimum purchase of BNB is $50. I think that every time I made a BNB purchase Janet had most of the BNB transfer to her account. I never actually paid anything directly to Janet. But I have the suspicion that when she set me up on Trust Wallet she got all the info she needed and was transferring the BNB to her account and that I really was only buying a small amount of the tokens.
