I purchase Luxury Hoops 5CM (large) on February 13, 2023, I received my order#2209 by USPS tracking (420210409300110944101964619947) on March 8, 2023 but when I open the package on of the earrings was broken. I have reach out March 9, 2023, April 16, 2023, April 29, 2023, May 18, 2023 and June 5, 2023 by email but no one as responded of June 14. I would like a replacement earring send to me ASAP.
