I had multiple conversations via email about purchasing preowned jewelry (a bracelet). I agreed to purchase a bracelet and paid with my credit card via Shop (which I have used for other legitimate retail purchases). Jean Mark Jewelry email communication said that the bracelet would ship on Monday, with 2 day shipping and it would require a signature on delivery on Wednesday - the emailer wrote that I would receive a tracking number. I have received no tracking number and no bracelet was shipped to me. I have attempted to email Jean Mark Jewelry multiple times and I have received no response. I filed a claim with my credit card company this afternoon.
