I have received a letter from Jefferson Capital System LLC stating I owe due to a PAYPAL Account. i have not had a paypal account in years and know I cancelled my account due to identity deft. i have called PAYPAL and they tell me they don't find anything under my name or information. Or they end up hanging up on me. I have looked up if anyone has gone through something like what I am experiencing and there is many other people dealing with the same situation but don't get an answer. If Paypal has no trace of any fees owed then Jefferson is a scam.
