I searched Google for "Jetblue contact customer support" and saw a phone number highlighted under Google's "People also ask" information boxes. The highlighted phone number included some odd characters and fonts and the website listed under the highlighted phone number was not for JetBlue.

When I called the phone number, I identified myself as a journalist and asked if I had reached JetBlue customer support. The person on the other end did not directly answer at first, and said he could help me with a reservation. I eventually asked whether I had reached JetBlue's official customer support and he said no but I had reached a travel agency that works with JetBlue. I hung up.
