Claims to be a boxer dog adoption breeder. Wanted a zelle $300 deposit. Refused to confirm pickup location to meet and pickup money until the $300 went through. Fortunately my bank blocked the transaction and I looked at the ScamPulse.com for complaints against him. The last person lost $500 and never received a puppy. We would have been out $300 at least.
