The man and woman approached me at the workplace - neither in uniform, or work clothes but street clothing. The young lady did not introduce herself or her position. The man informed me that they will be working on some nearby project and to expect an outage sometime after Thanksgiving and inquired what the preferred day would be to cause the outage as to not interrupt our business. He then requested the contact for a staff or admin who would be able to provide access to lines and other information on our site. I did not give him info but called Edison after. I wish I would have captured the license plate number for his white truck. He didn't inquire about money but requested access to utility areas on our site. I'm not sure what he can do 'scammy' with that, but I'm not a scammer so I'm not supposed to know what he can do with it.
