We are nearly 80 yrs old. Just at Thanksgiving 2022, my wife had to fly from NC to ATL to attend a funeral. Within a week before she traveled, we were informed of a second funeral, this one in FL. The quoted cost by Mr. Maxwell to add an ATL to FL segment was $529, far too much for us. I decided to drive to ATL, pick up my wife after the first funeral and drive on to FL for the second funeral and drive back to NC. Since then, Mr. Maxwell has refused to breakdown the $200 ETRVL fee despite my corporate daughter's many attempts to have him explain the "junk fee". Mr. Maxwell was informed we would report and seek resolution; he has failed to respond. Thank you for your work, Dave Secrest, Captain, US Navy (ret'd)
