JollyFull promoted an ad on Facebook. I purchased a bathing suit in early July and they charged my credit card immediately. They shipped the product in September and will not accept a return although the product does not fit. They did not include ANY company information in the package, so I had to reference my credit card that was charged 2 months prior to contact them. They do not include any shipping information on their website, instead, they make you contact them and do not return emails. This company should not charge your card until they ship the product, they should include a packing slip and return information in the shipment.

Q: Where do I return a product to?

A: Email us at the address below and a customer service rep will give you the address. Do NOT send anything to the address on your parcel. This is not our return address and we will not be able to process your refund or replacement.
