I returned an order per their return policy in May 2021. In February 2022, they emailed me saying they had a “problem with their system” and couldn’t process the refund, so they tried to offer me a gift card, which I refused as the refund needs to go to my original form of payment as promised. At this point it was past the point of being able to dispute it with my credit card company. After reading many reviews, they do this on purpose—they purposely delay refunding so they cannot be charged back or so that they can tell the customer the refund window has passed, even though they sent an email saying they received the return. They are attempting to scam me out of $68 and have done this to hundreds of other customers. This “problem” with their “system” has been ongoing for at least two years but is never mentioned to the customer until after they order and request a refund.

My daughter and I ordered a bathing suit on sale online. They charged my credit card and now refuse to ship the bathing suit or return credit on my credit card. They said it is our problem with the credit card company and they will do nothing to resolve it.
