Jona Labrador Puppies Reports & Reviews (23)

Had started walking down the road with these scammers.

Watch out for them.

These scammers are still out there, now under the website "https://www.atudlabradorpuppies.com/". Inquired about "elsie" and got a text back within 15 minutes (this was about 9:00 pm on a Friday). I thought that was odd, but when they said they could ship the dog for $100 via air, I knew it was fake. (Total price would have been $750). Then they wanted money via venmo. As soon as I said credit card only, but I'd pay a few percent extra for the fees, never heard anything again.

They changed their name to MU Labrador puppies located in Texas. I caught on immediately when I asked to speak to someone and never got a response..I started searching the website and noticed someone put up about Jona scams as I searched I noticed they changed their name to MU Labrador puppies. I searched and now they took their MU Labrador puppies website down. Be aware I’m sure they are under another name

Literally so glad I came to look at you guys reviews. Me and my mom were so close to purchasing a dog and they fed us the same lines as all of you?. There was a beautiful grey lab that he would ship to Chicago from Texas for only $700. To good to be true. We started asking questions and he sent this crap. So sorry for all of you affected.

Thankfully before he was a taken a friend contacted me to see if I had a liter of puppies. I have just sold and delivered a liter. He told me about Jona Labradors, I told him questions to ask. As soon as he started asking the questions you would ask to any legit breeder they stopped talking to him. I told him the red flags for me with them were having 10 week old puppies, and that many. As a breeder I can see 1 or 2 left over but not a whole liter. Then the shipping didn't sound right, they are going to fly the puppy in and it will be delivered to his house. They said they were in texas, who do they know in New York that is gonna meet a plane and drive the puppy to his house? Then the website, any legit breeder will have a website with the adult dogs on there and most with the pedigree papers also. Their website lists no adult dogs, no pics of mom and dad. Never buy a puppy from any breeder until you check it out completely. Even if you have to call and ask another breeder, hopefully they would all be as helpful as I am. I don't want anyone scammed. This gives such a bad name to those of us who really do the right thing.

This same thing happened to me. I have been looking for a chocolate lab puppy and finally found one on Jona Labrador Puppies. I told them I would pay some money as a down payment and the rest once she got here. They were fine with that. Then, I told them my dad wanted to speak to them and they didn’t respond. I proceeded to message them because after my dad and I looked at their website, it seemed legit. They sent me the email address to send the initial $400 to through Paypal. When I sent the money they made me send by “Family and Friends” so that I could not get my money back from Paypal. These scammers told me that they were from Warren, PA.

told a friend of mine they were in Texas

Yeah they almost got me too. I inquired about Tuck and they responded quickly the next day. They told me they were in PA and to ship to my home in Houston it would cost $700. Cheap right? I was excited but when I started asking to see pictures of the sire and dame or for a phone number to speak with someone in person they stopped communicating with me. I was pretty sure it was a scam. And the reviews prove it. Sorry thieves is all they are BEWARE!

this was the worst thing ever. me and my family were ABSOLUTELY HEART BROKEN. we fell in love with the dog and were so excited to bring him home tomarow. it all seemed too good to be true so i checked the reviews and turns out it was. for anyone experiencing the same thing I am extremely sorry and these scammers should be shut down for good.

i had contacted them about tuck a silver lab and they continued to the process and used god to take advantage of me and my family we have worked really hard to save money and buy our forever pet and i really hope someone shuts them down and they get what the deserve. i will post screenshots of our convo and they got pretty defensive with me when asking about scamming and then when i finally agreed to the dog i googled the name because i had a feeling 500$ was too low of a asking price and saw they have scammed people before ! this is so sad and i hope they find something better

that's who my friend was interested in was stella

These are the exact same messages they sent me regarding “Stella”! Unbelievable...thanks for posting!

They texted me their address when I told them I can pick puppy up. Not sure if it is a real address but maybe the authorities can check it out:

6717 Spur Drive
Midland, TX 79705

We submitted our contact info at about 10:30, expecting to be contacted in the morning. Received a text about thirty or so minutes after with the person asking ME about my inquiry of the dog. Like first of all shouldn’t I be asking you questions since you’re the business? Anyways since that threw me off I was like okay I’ll just respond and see how this goes. They were fine with me waiting two weeks to get him and they were willing to ship the dog to my house. I was like what about corona? No problem apparently. Well I get kind of nervous so I went to google the business name. As soon as I went to finish the sentence the first thing that popped up said “scam” and the conversation I saw on here about the puppy named King was similar to that of the one I was having just then. They said they were from Texas and yes the area code matched up but everything else didn’t. Especially when they asked if I could send the money via PayPal which I already know how sketchy that sounds that was the last red flag lol. Just sent them a little snarky message to see what they’ll say and I can already tell you they won’t respond. They were responding immediately up until this point. So happy I came across this website when I did! No money lost and my hide is saved! Hoping to help anyone else out on this site to watch out! Here’s some screenshots for reference.

They tried all the same things. Used god, sin and faith. Trusting me with their puppy. I should trust them. Blah, blah, blah. I googled and found a bunch. I didn’t lose anything. I saw the red flags early. Sorry to anyone who lost anything. People are horrible sometimes I included the pic of the dog I was asking about.

I was online and I came across a black lab puppy named king . I applied and the following day got a text about him saying that he was all mine if I wanted him . I just needed to put down a 300 dollar deposit now through PayPal and I could pay the rest when I picked up in person. Something just felt off about the way he was talking but it drove me to look into him more , the. I came across him on scam pulse in which they use other names like Thomas’ Labrador puppies , etc . I was so angry I took screenshots and texted the seller them asking what all this was . Never got a reply . I’m relieved I never sent them the money . Be careful out there !

My husband inquired about a puppy and filled out the appropriate info on the website and was contacted via text from the "supposed" owner who had the puppies. They stated that they could have the dog shipped to us within 24 hours. We questioned about the corona virus having any effects on this and we were told no. We checked to make sure they were not on the ScamPulse.com site for any false claims, etc. We waited 24 hours before recontacting the gentleman about getting the puppy. We decided to go through with the transaction, and we asked if we could pay half now and pay half later, he had no problem with that and told us we would hear from him tomorrow morning (this would be today 3/27) and we have not heard anything. We tried contacting the gentleman and are only answered via his voicemail. We left a message, and we received no response.

They gave you your money back?

Have you guys heard anything back ?

- York, PA, USA

My first experience with online pet adoption. I filled out a form on website to inquire about a puppy. They responded with a text. They asked that payment be sent via Zelle, CashApp, or MoneyGram at CVS pharmacy. The signs were all there now that I look back, but I stupidly wired a money gram. They have different names to use for each. I finally woke up to the scam when they texted me about the agency for delivery a few days later on a Monday morning. I found an email that was very colorful & wordy that explained that due to weather happening between the shipper & my airport, I would need to rent or buy a special heated/air conditioned crate. The options ranged, but it was nearly $2000. 98% would of course be refunded upon arrival of the puppy. I tried to research them, but couldn’t find them online. I texted the “seller” asking the name of the agency. No response. No surprise. They had also given an email [email protected], probably by mistake. They must have multiple scams going. I could find a website for Asher Labrador puppies.
