First reached out to me as a recruiter named Rhonda Pearson for their company Bio Health Pharmaceuticals saying they had seen my application on Indeed and thought I had matching qualifications for the job of Data Entry/ Customer service, full-time/ part-time position. She asked If I was interested in the position and if I'd be able to do an online interview today on Microsoft Teams with the interview manager Joseph Romano. on teams he just explained the company and the position, and it seemed like a normal interview with the questions until the end where he said he'd mail me the paperwork and a check and then id have to download all of this software on my computer. When I asked why he couldn't just email me the paperwork and direct deposit me a check he just repeated the same thing over and over that I would need to deposit the check and wait for more information from him to know where to purchase everything but never really answered why he couldn't just email me it.
