about status of order and requested a refund through PayPal. Seller (Joy In Box) stated that they would issue a full refund in
accordance with their return policy on their website. The seller provided the above-listed return address. On 12/17/23, I received and
returned the package via USPS (Tracking #CH203256663US); however, the package is held at customs for tax fees. I contacted
USPS and PayPal and both stated that it is the seller's responsibility to pay the necessary tax fees. The seller refuses to pay tax fees
and states that I should call custom's to inquire about the tax fees. I called the custom's number provided by USPS which does not
work. At this time, I do not have the paid merchandise or a refund for the merchandise that was returned in accordance to the seller's
policy.
