I hired J&R Construction to do some concrete work in my home and they are based in Fontana California. The owners name is Mr. Jose Rosa and the Sons name is Cristian Rosa Chavez. I found them on OFFER UP and they are the biggest scammers ever. The Dad Mr. Jose Rosa hired a concrete company to deliver the concrete to my home and he paid them with a bogus check with no funds. A week later, I received a letter from the concrete company saying that J&R Construction did not pay the Fee for the delivery and they are filing a Mechanical Lien against my home for the Fees owed from Mr Rosa which are $900. I contacted Cristian Rosa and he ignored me, I called the father Jose Rosa and notified him he needed to pay the concrete company their money, and Mr. Jose Rosa kept coming up with excuses, that he was going to pay those fees once he got money. Mr.Jose Rosa disappeared and no longer answers my calls or the Concrete company calls. I’m filing a lawsuit against Mr Jose Rosa and Cristian Rosa Chavez. Please beware of J&R Construction
