Went for a tire change on 18 wheeler was approach by a man named alan seemed nice like he had experience but didnt help us he had 2 young men and a kid changing our tires . No training , no proper clothing or safety they looked so confused and struggled greatly changing 1 tire they were all drinking on the job and the owner did not care he was in the presence of a customer and was speaking about janky jobs he was doing and how him and the lady in the office pad other truckers bills so they can make more money . Im sure they didnt think i could hear them after getting tire fixed i left and immediatly went to another tire shop because they didnt put it on correctly . Went down the street to another company who fixed it i told them about my experience down the road and even they said its not a real company the man who claims to be the owner isnt his brother is due to illegal statues . If not looked into many people can get hurt trying to get their truck on the road and having these people straight off the street trying to fix 18 wheelers . Highly unprofessional he sure does make his work sound good but they have no idea what they are doing
