They are the latest scam debt collection company called APEX DEBT GROUP. The same scam outfit that operated ASG RECOVERS SMITH GREGORY then KBS COLLECT then CAROLINA DEBT SOLUTIONS. Their newest website (apexdebtgroup.com) went up 9/1/22 and of course expires in 23. Website has no physical address and is one of the cookie cutter one all the debt scammers use. (888) 530-5476 (325) 399-7465 (205) 660-0180 (312) 667-2828 (205) 583-7609 (205) 656-1162 (205) 539-9024 (205) 627-7004 (470) 461-4056 (312) 667-2828 (737) 295-0885 MANY OF THESE NUMBERS ARE RECYCLED ASG RECOVERS NUMBERS. There is an outstanding judgement against ASG RECOVERS from the state of California which determined they are using fraudulent methods to collect settled debts and were heavily fined. KBS COLLECT IS THE SAME SCAMMERS AS ASG RECOVERS.

KBSCOLLECT.com or KBS Collect is the latest scam debt collection outfit formerly knows as ASG Recovers and Smith Gregory. Total frauds. Report them to the FTC. They are using 325-399-7465 205-660-0180 312-667-2828 205-583-7609 205-656-1162 and many other number to contact people via a robocall.

The newly sued and fined ASG Recovers is NOW KBS COLLECT. These [censored] have broken multiple state laws and have fine fined and ordered to cease and desist in California. Multiple phone numbers. Multiple threats. ALL. BS. Report them to the FBI.Total frauds.
