I wish it was possible to give zero stars. This company is awful, I should have looked into them before placing an order. It seems like I have the same complaints and issues as others on here. I emailed them after not hearing anything about a delay or even order being shipped out and told them I would just like my money refunded. They finally responded that they were trying to process he refund but the order was on the truck and sent out before they could complete the refund. That was well over 1.5 months ago. I have sent multiple emails asking to refund my money. The few times they have actually responded they just say it's been shipped and now it's my problem to go to the post office and talk to them. They refuse to do anything to rectify the issue. I have never dealt with a business this terrible that does not take care of their customers whatsoever. I am starting to believe the previous reviews saying this is just a scam. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't, but when multiple people have the same complaints then something fishy is definitely going on. Someone needs to investigate this 'business' asap.

I submitted an order via th gppgle platform using paypal for 72.87 for a DE Buyers induction chock 12.5 fry pan. S soon as I started to request a tracking number I felt that this company was a scam. There were multiple complaints on the ScamPulse.com about this company taking money and not mailing the items purchase.

After doing some research on the company I learned that this place of business is actually a mail pick up. I've noticed this company over and definitely appear to have all intention of a scam.
