It's a Labor Law poster scam. My business that it was sent to is a single entity LLC.

I received this letter in the mail identifying that I had to pay this PO Box for labor law posters. This was written for my LLC I just formed. I did not pay it, and I hope that no one falls for this garbage.

Tried to scare with saying I could have "potential fines in excess of 7,000 per instance for failure to post federally to post federally required information". Poster fee was $109.75 . Spelling errors "Picasa confirm all company information.....prior lo is awing the compliance.....please allow1 S business days.....lo be mayor youth convenience". Under QR code it says "Use phone Camera". No email or phone to contact them.

I received a fake invoice notice from Labor Compliance Assistance. They are requesting $125 for labor law posters, which cost $9.95 online. The header reads "Failure to comply with posting regulations can lead to finds up to $7,000".

New business license acquired. Received postal letter from the alleged "Labor Compliance Assistance" entity claiming the $125 is required to comply with the law posters. Included threats of fines up to $7000.00.

No phone number and only a PO Box address.
