Not going to say much since the comments above already described my experience with this company. They scammed $110-$112 for me. Luckily, because I used Privacy virtual card, which blocked the repeating subscription charges they charged on my card, I didn’t get scammed more. Imagine if I used a debit card or a regular credit card. I probably would’ve lost hundreds! They even attempted to charge my virtual card, which I closed, 2 and three years later! The merchant names they used under the charges were suspicious websites that don’t exist. TOTAL scam! Thanks Privacy for protecting me from further damage and refunding me the money.

I had the same experience as most of you. Ordered a sample. Then they sent more which I didn't order so called them repeatedly to cancel, and they charged my card $117. I didn't know what it was for so disputed with my bank, who eventually informed me that they charged me b/c I never cancelled with this company. My bank gave me the number in which she was able to reach a live person. I called that number so many times and finally cancelled. I also got a new card w/new number so the one they had in their system was invalid to make sure they didn't keep charging. I never received another package. That was over a year ago. This Monday, Tuesday, and today (Wednesday) - June 13-15, 2022, they have been calling me from random St. Louis MO numbers and stating I'm delinquent and OWE them for products. When I told them I cancelled over a year ago, they asked for the confirmation number. Obviously I don't have that! Never got one. I had them confirm that they have not sent me anything in over a year so when I asked "if you haven't sent me any products in over a year, why would I owe you any money?" She hung up on me. Today, they called again. This time I answered "United States Federal Bureau of Investigations, FBI Agent Morgan speaking." They hung up. We shall see if they call tomorrow.

Does anyone have the address for L'ances Perfector company?

I was told I had two free gifts after a survey (4 free health magazines $4.99 postage, and a free two wk trial of L' Ancee skin cream for $7.90 shipping, I was charged $15.80). I called after waiting a week before I even received it! the number I called said they didn't have me as a listing an didn't serve the skin cream co. I called for two days an got put on hold and after a few minutes a message said leave my name and #-then the message said sorry the voice mail was full and could not take the info.-THEN HUNG UP! I lost count of the times I called before I got a person. I am on disability and on oxygen and have trouble walking-Anyone who can point me to a solution please let me know,I'm concerned about losing anymore money(my rent& bills). GOD BLESS & Good Luck Everyone !

I received an email with free gifts and just pay shipping. This was for a face cream, Lancee perfector cream, just pay shipping $7.95. Little did I know that they would charge me11 days later for $110.55. I emailed them with no response for a refund. I called and they refused to refund me because they said it was a 7 day trial and they refused to take their product back. Nowhere was it stated that it was a trial and that I would be charged later. The IP address on the receipt for the $7.95 is 2600:8800:b88.8b00:89c:4dfd:1471

I am currently trying to dispute the authorization pending transaction for $111.90. I received an email from Supportlanceperfector thanking me for my order! The authorization with my PayPal connected with my bank causing me to be negative in my personal bank account. The transaction happened this morning around 12AM. II originally also participated in a survey comparing Home depot/Lowes and at the end offered a free gift with a one time charge for shipping and handling $7.95. I have spent all day looking into the matter. I will have to go to my bank because PayPal says that the transaction is not completed but it still put a pending charge on my personal bank account and the payment expires in 10 days then my balance will be corrected! Unfortunately it caused my account to be on hold and I can not transfer funds as well as I cannot get a response from the Seller who came up as "GETTRUAXSMARTPRODUCTSC" I had my PayPal key deleted as I changed my password to the account. This has caused a burden at this time for I have just been laid off a month ago. I tend to do surveys on my spare time and did not think that I would let another scammer fool me. I hope that some how this can get flagged so no one else falls victim to this expensive free gift during this time of hardships we are all struggling through with the devastations occurring world wide. I will return tomorrow with an update my process, hopefully this can be shutdown ASAP

Same story! I just received notification from LancePerfector that my $111 was being refunded. I just went through it myself on Monday, so quick turnaround for me. I made sure to tell the customer service person I talked to that it was a scam, I would report them to the Better Business Bureau and I would make sure they got no money from me. I also filed a complaint with my bank. The bank gave me their 800 number so I could try resolution on my own. 800-631-7185

Oh boy this company is worse than I thought...when I queried my balance , I thought I had around $200 more than I had. Im lucky that I thought to remove all of my money that night. When I got home like I said, there was an e;mail but there were actually two. I thought they were for the same thing but they ended up being 2 hits on my account one for $111 and one for $110...Times are hard enough right now without crooks scamming people like this. Just cancelled my card and filed a claim with my bank. Now I will find out in 2 months if I get my money back.

I filled out an online survey and received my choice of FREE products. I chose the Lanceperfector cream, just pay shipping... that was $15...wasnt thrilled with that but figured I would try it. Ive used it every day and pretty much look exactly the same. I queried my balance the other day and was surprised there was an unauthorized charge on my account for $111...then an e'mail saying thank you for ordering and subscribing! They have no contact information. Now I'm calling my bank and hoping they will block the charge. Some free prize.

I signed up for the free trial of the eye and face cream and just paid shipping. Then when I tried to cancel future orders I could not get them to respond to email requests or Facebook messages and couldn't find a contact phone number for the company. Until today when I came across this page to file a complaint! So I contacted the company to tell them I wanted to return the unopened products I received but didn't order for a refund. And they informed me I couldn't receive a refund because I didn't cancel my order in time! Which I tried many times by email and messenger and couldn't get in touch with them! So now I'm stuck with something I didn't want and cost me over 200.00 plus it over drew my account! How can I go about getting my money back or can I?

I recently went to CVS. So I wasn't surprised to get an email asking me to take a survey about my experience. In the end I was "thanked"

by receiving an offer to purchase any number of items for the cost of S&H only. I chose Neutrogena moisturizer. Once I entered my card

info for the $6.95 S&H, I had a pop up say I wasn't finished yet - that most people also bought (this other item) for an additional $7.95 S&H.

I did not click on that item but rather proceeded to checkout, where I found they had charged me for that second item anyway. No one was

available at their 888 number. I had no choice but to run to the ATM and take all of my money out of that account. It is the point of the matter. I should have know it was a scam. But I'd rather run to the bank and do that, then give these shiesters one cent of my money.

I did order a bottle of the Lancee Perfector Skin cream and Eye cream that was supposed to be a sample only paying $7.97 each for shipping (Order # 5ACB3151E0). I received both creams and charged the correct shipping charge. Then 1 week later I get a call from my Citi Card fraud department where they have tried to charge my card $111 under the Merchant Name of "getavbronhealthpr". Then there was another charge for $111 under a different sketchy Merchant Name that I can't find right now.

Of course, I had no idea what the charge was so Citi denied the charge, closed my account and sent me a new card. I was lucky that Citi caught the charges so I am not out any money, but I am out of my time dealing with this, waiting on a new card to be mailed to me, and having to change my account number with all the auto payments I have set up on the account. This was all over the week before Christmas when I needed my card to finish my online and in-person shopping.

I did research this cream in advance of buying, and it is for sale on Amazon for ~$40 so I felt paying ~$8 shipping was a good deal. I read all the fine print for recurring monthly charges to make sure I was not signing up for additional shipments (because I have been burnt on that before) and there was none. If there was, PROVE IT!

This is the 2nd time I have ordered something from a Facebook advertisement link and it will be the last. In fact, I think I am deleting my Facebook account altogether. The first time was about a year ago with a different company (can't remember which one - not Lancee) and the same thing happened. Don't trust any link from Facebook!

Never order from L'ancee for face products, a free gift offer turned into $222.00 of charges and my debt card.
I want to know how this is still happening with all of the money taken from consumers and why can't the law do something about it. We can go into space but can't stop theses low life criminals stealing from hard worker people in America. Sad.

I had the exact same experience described by the three entries above. I received a request to complete a satisfaction survey and then given the opportunity to pick a reward at the end. The co dictions only described having to pay shipping and handling for the product chosen. I then received my product in the mail. A few days later I got an email ‘confirmation’ for what they claimed ro be a Cycle 2 of products and a charge on my bank account in the amount of $111 for ‘LancePerfector’. There isn’t an option to call to cancel this ‘subscription’ I never authorized. It is maddening that they would do this. I will also call my back to report this as fraud.

My mother was scammed as well. And we will be exercising our right to arbitrate. She has paid 222 dollars for a trial bottle and never got more than the trial. We will follow with 100% money back guarantee and contacting AAA.

I signed up for the free trail of LeAncee Skin Cream pay shipping.
This month I received another bottle which I didn't order, and was charged $111
For a $31 bottle of cream. Taking money people don't really have.
I really need my money back!

It appears that my experience is same as what was previously noted. Completed survey and advised I would get a free skin product used by stars. Only had to pay shipping. Since then they have charged my credit well over $400 in about 30 days.
Crooks!

I signed up for a free trial which included only paying the $7.95 shipping. After a week, the company charged me again but this time over $113. I clicked on the order link but it went to an unknown website. I'll be contacting my bank on Monday to file fraud charges.

Wednesday 25, 2020, I received a small jar and a small canister of L'Ancee "Facial Moisturizer and Eye Restoration". The total was $14.90. I HAVE NOT ORDERED THIS! I called Customer Service @ 1-888-256-5001, spoke with Theola who claims I submitted order; but I was not even in Country at this time. She states I cannot speak to anyone in Management and offered me discount to keep products. I refused any discount, and I will submit as FRAUD/SCAM States she is unable to "refund." I expressed to her that she should have a better work ethic, and find a job that does not SCAM. This has created a burden for me to await which Credit Card was used, dispute charges, and apply for a New Credit Card. (Google lists a Dr. Denese as contact information; when called agent Chis states that L'Ancee had procured Customer information and is fraudulently sending out products-they have obviously obtained Credit Card information as well). My Order #D6D312AA1B.

I also completed a survey for CVS and pick a free gift. I chose the L"ancee cream and now they are calling me saying they are turning it over to credit collectors and it will hurt my credit .I would not give them a credit card number so they want me to go get a gift card. Owe $111.90 same cream on Amazon for $40.00. They are now harassing me with calls.

I ordered a ‘free product’. I thought I was paying shipping only. I ended up getting a bill for $110 through my email address. I never received the product, which is not unusual since I live in a condo complex and often get the mail of other residents here. I’m guessing the package would’ve been very small because it was a cosmetic topical cream.

I received a bill stating I ordered something at 12:02 AM some day in September. This was untrue as when someone called me the other day they told me I ordered it at 9:36 PM on Sunday in September. They also gave me an incorrect date.

They did issue threats as in we need you to take care of this right now or we will escalate the case which can impact your credit score now, I don’t want to have a damaged credit score so I’ll probably pay the $110. However I don’t appreciate a phone call from Canada threatening my credit.
