This is Groupon fraud that is been conducted at this place A&G lounge lashes in Cerritos First of all she takes a very very long time to book an appointment and after upon arrival won't ask if you have a Groupon will do the work then charge additional money stating the groupon you purchased is only for one eye then charge of double the price. When ask why she has an agreement with Groupon how you’ve already paid for this derive Lulu the owner will the state her “English is bad” I purchased 3 Groupon and the second time Informed her o was using a Groupon and she made me redeem it before the job was even done and did a terrible job then it made sense why she made me redeem first. I email Groupon to try and make them aware of this scam with this company they have contracted with but I’m yet to hear back from them. In speaking with some of her neighbors there they told me a lot of people are returning complaining of eye infection for lack of clean eyelash equipment.
