Latex Cargo Logistics Reports & Reviews (4)

These scammers have been partnering with a fake Cattery https://www.packersiamesekittenshome.com/. They want you to pay fake shipping costs through Vanilla Visa money cards or Zelle. They give you fake tracking numbers with no origin or destination information. I have filed an FBI IC# complaint form. These scammers have taken money from elders, from people with terminal cancer--all under the fake transaction for a cuddly Siamese kitten. I have all documentation along with reports from others who have been scammed. Let's shut these dreadful people down. Shameful!

I had the same exact experience as the person who posted on here 7/7/21. I found a breeder online named Dynamic Shih Tzu Puppies located in Carolina Beach, NC. They wanted gift cards as payment for the 2 puppies I was purchasing. They asked for this payment to be in the form of Vanilla Visa gift cards. I thought this was strange at first but they gave me what sounded like a valid reason for this. It wasn't until the delivery service, that they "work" with, came into the picture that I started having my doubts this was a legitimate transaction. Latex Cargo Logistics sent me the tracking information for my puppies and it all seemed fine. Then, just like the previous claim, they started saying I had to pay to rent the correct type of crates for the dogs, then it was pet insurance. They even told me I could be prosecuted if something happened to the dogs during delivery and I didn't have this insurance. I fell for it, unfortunately. The last straw was when they told me they have already put chips in my puppies and that this too was required. I had to pay them again and all of this money I was spending would be refunded in cash upon delivery of the puppies. What an [censored] I was to fall for this. I didn't pay them for the chip but of course, the "breeder" was willing to pay $1,250 toward the chips and I just had to cover the remaining $2,500. No way! I didn't do it thank goodness. I started checking the balances of the gift cards I had given them (I wish I would have done this when I first paid the breeder) and found that they had spent the money at Coach and Alibaba.com. Clearly the money had nothing to do with what was needed for the puppies. Needless to say, I was out quite a bit of money and no puppies to show for it. Beware of these 2 companies! They are working together in a scam.

This company was supposed to be sending me puppies I had purchased from a “breeder”, who was also part of this scam. They sent me what looked like a legit tracking confirmation so I could track the puppies. Right before “take off” they told me the puppies needed to be in a special crate. I would have to rent it but the money was 100% refundable. Once that was done and again, right before departure they said I was required to get pet insurance. Again, this was taken care of and then they said I had to pay for chips that they had already placed in the puppies. This was also a “requirement “ of the Pet Control Unit. I stopped everything at that point realizing this had to be a scam. I found the exact same story from another person who also got scammed by Latex Cargo Logistics.

On July 5th, 2021 I contact a ragdoll kitten (10wk old, named Bryant) seller on Facebook and after paid the seller (Bonnie Burke) $200 via Zelle, she sends me a tracking link from this website and tells me that the delivery agent will contact me for more details.

I then received calls from James saying that he is an employee of this company and will take care of my pet's delivery upon payment of the remaining $200 via amazon gift card due to airport policy. I checked with Bonnie and she confirmed that it is okay because she knows the business - down the street.

I blindly believe that the cat will come to me but later that afternoon, the agent started sending me emails and give me calls saying that the cat is in danger because it needs a temperature controlling crate to be onboarded to the flight. gift cards payment again and $1000 (98%refundable as he claimed in the email) However, after I paid, the next morning, he calls again asking for another $1500 dollars for pet mobility insurance, by that time I already knew that I was scammed. I know I can report to my bank to get half of what I lost back but I wanted to confirm whether there is an actual kitten. So I started pretending that I am very poor and couldn't afford that much money. The seller (Bonnie) then said she can pay $1000 max but I need to pay the remaining money or else the kitty goes to quarantine. Lmao. Anyways, there were too many signs but I ignored them because I was trying to be nice. Really dumb. But once I found out that there is no cat in danger, I immediately started my report to banks, police, and Facebook (which will never take any action anyways. I plan to delete my account after the investigation finishes).

I honestly don't care about the money, it only triggers me and made me go so far as to report to every reliable organization I know because I don't want more ppl to be scammed. My mom has been scammed by a law firm for over a year with $60,000 she made and borrowed from the bank and friends. That person (David Briggs and the Chicagoland Law Group) targeted her and used her love for her son to get money from her. it was 2020 and she was a waitress without income and a son in jail. I was too far away and couldn't break my lease to come to aid. So when I came to discover that she was scammed, I was mad at her and the criminals. But now I feel ashamed and sorry for her because I can really understand why she was ignoring all the red flags - they use someone or something you care deeply about to take your money.

Thank you for listening to my complaint, I hope this could help other people.

By the way, I also email the domain company that provides service to that fraudulent website, hopefully, they can shut it down soon. I also wrote a small program to spam their inquiry form to distract them so hopefully, the domain company notice and respond to my complaint soon.

James (cargo agent): +17576560380, email: [email protected], website: https://latexcargologistics.com/tracker/?tracking_number=US-3477637CH

Bonnie Burke: +14042909992 (pretended seller, I think it is a fake name because it was a dude pretending to be a woman, I am also pretty sure that I heard James saying my name when I didn't reveal my identity when I called to look for Bonnie to find out the issue with cat delivery)

Stay safe, stay sharp. It's a blessing in disgust at this time for me because I am making peace with my inner ego, but this is a crime. And I don't appreciate them. I appreciate God for not letting me lose too much money and have banks to help me reclaim some of the loss ($200 - $900 depending on investigation result). I also appreciate that I finally realize how skeptical I was when I first discovered that she was scammed. I should never be even the slightest mad at her, they make living by lying, how can we protect ourselves? How can she, an immigrant who hasn't learned English in 44 years until she moved to the state in 2014 with her family. So, yes, I am off topic right now but really don't care, because who would read this? I don't know, it's been 3 months and we have yet to help to get my mom's money back even though those people are in the city, has a physical location, legit business (god damn law firm)

All in all, just be careful out there. Especially when people reach out to help you with anything, it often comes with huge prices.
