Had bank card**** **** **** , also had an approval code and an invoice number. At the bottome it said: "In the event of cancellations, refunds will be managed as per specified conditions; please reach out to 0our support team for assitance THANK YOU! Customer Support 1 808-818-1730 THen had mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Payl Pay and Amazong pay symbols.
I called the number because I do not have a paypal account spoke with a supervisor he asked me if I had a android or iphone I told him, then he told me to download ANYDESK app which I did and he wanted me to tell him the numbers that were on the screen, I told him then he said for me to click on the tab that said he could remotely access and he would block the scammers on his end, after that he would send me his ID information and a something that states the hackers have been blocked, he was very adamite on me clicking yes and that I trusted his company to access. I looked up Paypals real customer service number and hung the phone up and called them, they said it was fraudulent and had me forward the email to them. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE ANYDESK APP, DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO REMOTELY DO ANYTHING HANG UP AND CALL 1-888-221-1161.
