Offered me a contract that could be cancelled within 3 days. I cancelled the contract day 2. Five days after I cancelled, I come home and the gutters have been installed! Salesman says it was an office mix up. Crew did NOT clean up their mess as it was still there 24 hours later. Additionally, one rain pipe from the roof to the ground is crooked, not vertical. A week later, salesman wants my credit info to approve me for payment on the gutters that I never wanted installed! He wants it NOW which shows me it was directly his error all along. To add insult to injury, salesman keeps asking me, “What do you do at night?” and wanting a dinner date. Salesman writes me a personal check for $300 to cover first 3 payments. I don’t want his check. Salesman wants a hug before he goes. (What a con.). I called Summerville headquarters where I was told I have to pay for the gutters because they’ll just cost more money later! THIS IS BACKWARDS on how a sale is done, and so unethical on so many levels.
