I found a house for rent on Zillow I applied for home with me and my daughter as tenants I was only able to communicate through email and when I asked to speak with someone all numbers provided we voicemails and never a returned phone call. They sent me my approval letter and lease agreement which I did not sign, I requested to do a walkthrough before signing. I did drive by home and there was a gentleman who happen to be out in his garage and I ask if he was property management he stated that this was his and his mother’s home, I told him I was sent a lease and supposed to be moving in on 14 of July 2023 and he stated his mom owned the home and that can’t be. I have reached out to company several times because they have all mine and ny daughters personal information from copies of our ID’s and SS cards. All they do is keep emailing me with an automated response we received your message and someone will get back to you. When calling the number provided the Voice message states Formatic Property Management. And website states Home Partners of America. Please do not be scammed by any of these companies.
