She said her name was Nikky De Young they texted first saying they were a company taking over manageing the rental property for the new owners, they called from 3 different numbers located all over the state. A man then called and said his name was Ray and said they were based in North Carolina. He couldn't answer any questions. They wouldn't tell us who had bought the property. They claimed all they received was a list of names and phone numbers. They didn't even have our address. They wanted a email address so they could send a link where we were told to enter bank account information, social security numbers and all kinds of personal information. We refused to give out that information and Nikky became angry saying she would fly in from South Carolina and sue us. We asked if there was another way to pay our rent because we did not want to give them access to our bank account. Nikki then said she would fly in from Wisconsin and see us in court.

They have claimed to be in 3 different states. I didn't give out any personal information. However our rental was sold last month to new owners. I think they looked to see what properties have sold recently and tried to scam people out of money.

They didn't have a website, wouldn't answer simple questions. And was very hostile when told no.
