I am receiving calls from various spoofed phone numbers claiming to be a process server on behalf of Wayne County Court in Michigan. They are also calling my relatives. They are rude, harassing and threatening “charges” are being filed in court. They have my personal information and get angry when I don’t want to verify it over the phone. They provided me a claim number, rather than a case ID or an account number. They threatened to come to my place of business and stated I needed to sign paperwork. They are claiming to be calling on behalf of Advance America. I contacted an attorney and have been advised that this is a scam.
